well, it was programmed years before we had any say in the matter (ie, before age 7)
It is because of this fact that most of us never tap into our full potential.
Our mind (the programming) often tells us all the reasons we cannot have something we desire in life.
We often subconsciously believe we do not deserve it, or can't achieve it, but that is simply programming we attained in childhood.
The good news is...
We can
change
that!
MAP is one of the top ways to clear subconscious blocks by training the brain to find and neutralize negative unconscious memories.

What to expect in a MAP session
Before your first session, you will watch a 15-minute video to begin teaching and priming your brain, as well as a 25 minute pre-recorded Intro Session. This session will use metaphors to solidify the new information since the brain understands pictures the best. This allows all parts of you to agree, work together, and be prepared for our main session.
In a regular MAP session, the flow will be very much like a meditation. We will briefly discuss any questions you may have, and the topic you are bringing to the session to be cleared. We then will drop into a meditation together to ground and connect. I will ask you to rate the intensity of your topic on a scale of 0-10, then I will communicate with Superconscious to begin the clearing process. Throughout the session I will continue to check in with you, asking what is present and your level of intensity.

How does it work?
We create the clearing by leveraging the latest discovery in neuroscience, training the brain to heal itself via the Window of Re-consolidation. Once the brain is trained, we instruct the brain to heal specific negative memories, emotions, and patterns, and it is able to do so within minutes. With MAP we can find and neutralize the unconscious negative, sabotaging patterns within minutes. It is not necessary to talk about the issue, or even remember the memories. It is gentle, fast, and effective. There is no hypnosis, tapping, or talking necessary.
What is Conscious, Subconscious, and Superconscious?
It is important to distinguish the different words that describe the mind and its different levels of operation.

The conscious mind, we all know what it is, thoughts and memories you are conscious of. You can remember them. This is roughly 5% of our minds.

The unconscious mind is also called the subconscious mind. It is where all the memories, beliefs, emotions that have been recorded since your conception are stored.
​
The beliefs in the subconscious mind run all our daily behaviors and thoughts. This is where we operate 95% of the time.
​
There is a part of the mind that is not affected by the drama and trauma of your life, this part is the healer.
​
It is the “Innate Wisdom” of the mind, the SuperConscious mind, it is a superior aspect of the mind that has access to both the conscious and unconscious mind. We discovered that it can find any memories, and when trained, can actually neutralize/heal them on command. The SuperConscious can initiate self-healing in the mind/brain.
Why can a block be cleared so fast, and how does it remain cleared?
“Blocks” are simply memories that have led to behaviors that are not to your advantage. Memories can change fast, as the latest neuroscience has discovered. With the MAP Method™, we leverage this new discovery. Once the memory has been disconnected from the negative emotion, it doesn’t affect your behaviors anymore. The result is long-lasting and once you begin reacting differently to your experiences, you begin to create new memories reinforcing the change. ​
